About the role

As part of Haleons Management Trainee Programme this role offers hands‑on experience across various supply chain functions helping to ensure the right products reach the right place at the right time. It plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while also providing structured learning and development opportunities. The trainee will work on real business challenges and collaborate with diverse teams across the organisation. This position is based in the Quality Supply Chain team and reports to the Demand Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all assigned job rotations during the programme.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency.
• Support supply chain operations including E2E planning, inventory, customer service and customer value creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance and external distributors.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Bachelors Graduate (Supply Chain, Economics, Commerce, Accounting)
• UAE National with family book
• Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
