Responsibilities

• Process and validate invoices from vendors and carriers for direct import shipments.
• Identify discrepancies, ensure compliance with payment terms and incoterms.
• Serve as primary contact for invoice queries with vendors and carriers.
• Prepare invoice aging reports and share status updates with Finance.
• Analyze invoice data trends and support process improvements to reduce delays.
