Job summary

Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced procurement leader to drive the end-to-end supplier relationship and performance management function. You will establish high-impact performance frameworks, govern supplier lifecycles, and deliver measurable improvements through data, automation, and AI.

You will lead governance forums, build leadership dashboards, and link supplier performance to sourcing and compliance decisions, leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities to streamline PR-to-PO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (CIPS/CPSM certification preferred).
• 10+ years of procurement/supplier experience, with at least 5 hands-on in Oracle Fusion Procurement: PR, PO, supplier portal governance, and supplier qualification.
• Proven track record designing/redesigning procurement processes and supplier performance frameworks.
• Cross-functional experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Category Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern company-wide supplier performance methodology, including tiered risk models and review cadence aligned to category strategy.
• Archive bidirectional quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with suppliers and stakeholders, tracking corrective action plans and ensuring performance data influences sourcing, renewal, and exit strategies.
• Institute supplier segmentation and governance harmonized across strategic, critical, high-risk, and tactical suppliers to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Establish supplier feedback loops to identify and address process issues, payment delays, and usability gaps, while reinforcing supplier experience best practices.

Job Summary

Drive the strategic Supplier Relationship & Performance Management function to ensure suppliers consistently meet contractual, service-level, and business expectations. Own end-to-end supplier lifecycle governance, from establishing high-impact performance frameworks to delivering measurable improvements through data, automation, and AI. Lead governance forums, build leadership dashboards, and implement processes linking supplier performance directly to sourcing and compliance decisions. Leverage Oracle Fusion capabilities to design digital procurement improvements, from streamlining PR-to-PO cycles to reducing onboarding bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern company-wide supplier performance methodology, including tiered risk models and review cadence aligned to category strategy.
• Archive bidirectional quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with suppliers and stakeholders, tracking corrective action plans and ensuring performance data influences sourcing, renewal, and exit strategies.

Supplier Registration & Onboarding

• End-to-end ownership of digital supplier registration via Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal, embedding compliance checks (financial, ESG, insurance) and reducing activation turnaround by 15% through workflow optimization.
• Enforce data accuracy in master supplier records and lead periodic cleansing to eliminate duplicate or outdated classifications.
• Simplify supplier taxonomy and maintain process resilience during peak onboarding volumes.

Procurement Operations & Analytics

• Resolve operational bottlenecks in PR/PO/change orders to cut PR-to-PO cycle time by 20% while sustaining compliance and three-way match discipline.
• Partner with Finance to address PO matching issues and accruals, and drive procedural standardization to eliminate persistent bottlenecks across the procure-to-pay cycle.
• Develop advanced spend, savings, and compliance analytics using OTBI/Fusion reporting to quantify risks and improvement opportunities.

AI, Automation & Process Design

• Archive at least two AI-driven automation initiatives delivering measurable savings, including approval workflow automation or supplier-query resolution bots.
• Drive end-to-end process design for source-to-pay, mapping foundational pain points and proposing scalable workflow transformations.
• Champion digital tools that reduce manual effort and eliminate redundant tasks across the supplier lifecycle.

Risk Mitigation & Compliance

• Proactively manage supplier and process risk using risk tiers and heatmaps, ensuring critical risks are escalated with actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Lead risk audits and compliance readiness of supplier/procurement activities, addressing internal/regulatory findings decisively.
