We are currently recruiting a Supervisor Motor Claims Recovery (Arabic) for our client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and supervising motor recovery claims operations, ensuring timely settlements with other insurance companies, and leading a team of Senior Officers and Claims Assistants. The role ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards while maximizing recovery effectiveness and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
1. Claims Recovery Management
  • Oversee motor recovery claims processing and settlements in line with policy terms and company guidelines.
  • Verify coverage and assess liability for recovery claims promptly.
  • Negotiate with other insurers and coordinate with the Legal Department for recovery actions.
  • Handle invalid recovery claims and ensure proper repudiation with technical justification.
2. Team Supervision & Operational Control
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the recovery team, ensuring adherence to procedures and performance targets.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of aging recovery claims to improve settlement ratios.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
3. Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and system entries.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on recovery performance and compliance.
4. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management
  • Participate in planning and process improvement initiatives.
  • Gather and address feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service quality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Timeliness and accuracy of recovery claim settlements.
  • Reduction in complaints and improvement in stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maximization of recoveries from individuals and insurers.
  • Operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Insurance, Business, or related field).
  • Preferred Certifications: CII, ARM, Dip CII, ACII, AIS, FIII.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in motor claims recovery or insurance claims management.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
