Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks an experienced Supervisor/Foreman to oversee daily site activities and coordinate workers to meet project requirements.

You will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with drawings and specifications, while monitoring progress and liaising with engineers and other site personnel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or trade certification is required.
• Experience as Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of construction and site operations.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Ability to read basic drawings and work instructions.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Relevant UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
