Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at site. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil works site supervision and team management with exposure to high-rise buildings residential and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at site.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors and assigned teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor concrete works, block works, plastering, finishing and general civil activities.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to achieve project targets.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools and equipment at site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Read and understand construction drawings and site instructions.
• Report site progress, manpower requirements and work issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and site regulations.
• Support smooth coordination between different site activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
• Strong experience in civil works for high-rise buildings residential and villa projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
• Ability to manage and lead site teams effectively.
• Experience working with contracting companies in UAE is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong experience with high-rise buildings, residential and villa projects.
• Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls and UAE regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully.
