Job Overview:

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Supervisor Food and Beverage at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of F&B outlets including dining areas, counters, and service stations.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and adherence to service protocols.
• Address guest feedback and service recovery escalations promptly.
• Coordinate inventory control, stock requests, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Conduct regular team briefings, SOP training, and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across the outlets.
• Collaborate with kitchen, cashiering, and supply teams for seamless service delivery.
• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and achieving outlet performance targets.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• 3–5 years in food and beverage operations.
• Strong team supervision and guest handling abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control
• Operational planning, coordination and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
