Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

Assist in the onboarding of new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback and implement training and development initiatives.

Assist the management team in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Help manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and efficient use of labor.

Collaborate with the team to implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Foster a culture of guest-centric service among the staff, reinforcing the importance of customer satisfaction.

Assist in monitoring the overall dining experience, addressing any guest requests or concerns promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
