Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Civil) with 17+ years of experience, including 10+ years in mega oil and gas processing projects. ADNOC experience is a plus. You will direct site activities, manage subcontractors, and review structural, piping, or electrical plans for compliance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• 17+ years of overall experience in oil and gas sectors.
• At least 10+ years in mega oil and gas processing projects.
• Experience in directing day-to-day site activities, managing subcontractors, and monitoring progress against schedules.
• Experience reviewing structural, piping, or electrical plans to ensure compliance with specifications.
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.

Qualification Required

• An Engineering Degree, preferably from Mechanical/Civil background.

Experience Required

• Minimum 17+ years of experience in which 10+ years should be in the MEGA oil and gas processing projects
• Experience in the oil and gas industry in the similar role is a must.
• Experience in directing day-to-day site activities, managing subcontractors, and monitoring progress against schedules.
• Good experience in Reviewing structural, piping, or electrical plans to ensure compliance with specifications.
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
