Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Lead Engineer, Construction - Mechanical for a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on site execution, technical submittals, and overseeing MEP installations including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and piping.

Strong leadership and extensive oil & gas MEGA project experience are essential. Ideal candidates will have a mechanical engineering degree, 18+ years in the field, with 10+ years in mechanical construction and at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in MEGA oil and gas processing projects.
• 10+ years in mechanical construction with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and piping systems; AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site execution and technical submittals.
• Lead MEP installations including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
• Coordinate mechanical construction activities on the PMC project in Abu Dhabi.
