Job summary

Masdar, established in 2006 as the Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company, is a global clean energy leader advancing renewable projects worldwide. The ESR Intern will support Environment, Sustainability & Risk activities including data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination during a three-month period in 2026.

This internship targets 3rd or 4th year undergraduates in the UAE or with valid UAE visa, majoring in Risk, Environmental and Sustainability, available June–August 2026.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in UAE.
• Major: Risk, Environmental and Sustainability.
• Available for a 3-month internship between June and August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and prepare reports.
• Create presentations and supporting materials.
• Engage with stakeholders and assist with project tasks.
• Support miscellaneous ESR-related activities as needed.

Masdar is a clean energy investor, developer and operator, advancing renewable energy projects across key markets and technologies, with a global project portfolio capacity to date of over 51 gigawatts (GW).

Jointly owned by TAQA, ADNOC and Mubadala, Masdar is driving the scale-up of renewables worldwide, targeting a portfolio capacity of 100GW by 2030.

The ESR Intern will have the opportunity to support the Environment, Sustainability & Risk on various requirements such as data analysis and reporting; creation of presentations and supporting materials; stakeholder management; and project related tasks.

• 3rd or 4th year Undergraduate student currently studying in UAE (or currently studying abroad with valid UAE Visa).

• Must be available for 3 month internship between June - August 2026
