Job summary

GEMS American Academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate French Teacher for the Secondary Division to join as a Substitute/Cover teacher from February 2027. The role supports IB continuum and American curriculum learning, emphasizing inquiry, creativity, and global-mindedness.

The successful candidate will differentiate instruction, assess progress, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards while contributing to co-curricular programs within a vibrant school community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent.
• Fluency in French and ability to teach in an IB/American curriculum context.
• Experience teaching secondary-level French is preferred.
