Job summary

Al Ghurair, through AG Power, seeks a Civil QA/QC professional to drive quality across EtihadWE substation projects. You will implement PQP/ITP, monitor NCRs and coordinate with clients, consultants and labs to ensure first‑time‑right execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 3–5 years of QA/QC in electrical substations, plus certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor. UAE driving license preferred and GCC experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in electrical substation projects.
• Experience coordinating inspections with clients, consultants and third‑party laboratories.
• Hands‑on experience with PQP, ITP, RFI, MIR, NCR, SOR, CAR and quality dossiers.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Quality Management System across EtihadWE substation projects.
• Ensure civil works comply with standards, approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Establish and maintain a proactive quality culture focused on first‑time‑right execution.
• Prepare and maintain PQP, ITPs, checklists and quality procedures.
• Witness site inspections and ensure closure of NCRs, observations and comments.
• Coordinate inspections with stakeholders and conduct quality audits.
