Job summary

Seer Bani Yas Charter School is seeking a dedicated Subject Teacher to join our multicultural team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge and excellent English communication, able to engage students from diverse backgrounds.

Non-native English speakers with high proficiency are welcome. This full-time role supports the 2026-2027 academic year with emphasis on engaging lessons, differentiation, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver quality

Qualifications

• Qualified Subject Teacher with strong subject knowledge and English proficiency.
• Experience teaching in multicultural environments and diverse classrooms.
• Non-native English speakers with high proficiency will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in your subject area aligned with the school curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Differentiate teaching to cater for students with diverse language abilities, including ESL learners.
• Monitor and assess student progress, provide meaningful feedback and guidance to help students improve.
• Promote a positive classroom environment that supports learning, curiosity, respect and student wellbeing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-disciplinary projects and share best practices.
