Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Teaching qualification or certification is an advantage.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome.
• Strong English communication and classroom presentation skills.
• Strong subject knowledge and patient, student-focused approach.
• Good classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prepare lessons and assess student performance.
• Basic computer and digital-learning skills.
• UAE/GCC teaching experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lessons according to the assigned subject and curriculum.
• Explain concepts clearly using age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Develop lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and learning materials.
• Assess students through classwork, tests, projects, and examinations.
• Monitor individual student progress and provide additional academic support when required.
