Job summary

Chalhoub Group’s Level Shoes E-Commerce Creative Studio is hiring a Studio Assistant Trainee to help bring luxury products to life online. You will work with photographers, stylists, production and stock teams to support the journey of a product from arrival through shoot to final digital content.

This hands-on role emphasizes coordination, organization and operational detail, ensuring smooth day-to-day studio functions in a fast-paced environment and contributing to high-quality creative output.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with photographers, stylists, production and stock teams to support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio.
• Coordinate the daily movement of products across styling, photography and copy sets.
• Organize and prepare products before and after shoots across tabletop and model sets.
• Support sample call-ins, product returns and stock movements, helping resolve product-related issues as they arise.
• Communicate with model agencies, including sourcing suitable options, coordinating availability and confirming bookings.
• Assist with daily shoot schedules, monitor production progress and flag potential delays or operational risks.
• Conduct studio site walks and identify imagery, copy or product presentation issues requiring follow-up.
• Support image quality control (QC) and the accurate upload of approved imagery to internal platforms.
• Maintain studio trackers, shoot schedules, product requests and operational documentation.
• Support the team in keeping studio workflows running efficiently and in line with agreed timelines and standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Studio Assistant Trainee, you'll join the Level Shoes E-Commerce Creative Studio and experience what it takes to bring luxury products to life online. You'll work alongside photographers, stylists, production teams and stock teams, supporting the journey of a product through the studio. From the product arrival and preparation to the shoot, image quality checks, and final digital content.
This is a highly hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a creative environment but is equally excited by the coordination, organization and operational detail that makes great creative work possible.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• A background in creative studies, photography or styling is an advantage, but not essential.
• A genuine interest in fashion, luxury retail, photography, styling, e-commerce or creative production.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and confidence working with different teams, including Styling, Photography, Production, Copy and Catalogue.
