Job summary

The role involves counseling on admission procedures, eligibility, and costs; identifying and recruiting students to meet enrollment targets; coordinating with university staff and attending events on and off campus; promoting programs at schools and education fairs; and performing tasks assigned by the SRU Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field; fresh graduates eligible.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Good command of computer skills, particularly MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries via email and phone from students, providing details about the application process, fees, and course selection as necessary.
• Advise and counsel students about offered programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and costs.
• Identify and recruit students to meet enrollment targets.
• Correspond with university and department staff, answering queries and providing assistance to enhance customer service and unit workflow.
• Manage and attend events related to the university both on and off campus.
• Promote the university’s programs in various markets, including schools, exhibitions, education fairs, and promotional kiosks.
