Abu Dhabi School of Management is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Student Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment growth by developing strategic partnerships, executing recruitment campaigns, and guiding prospective students through every stage of the admissions journey.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, other higher education institutions, corporate partners, and other stakeholders across the UAE.
  • Plan and execute recruitment events, open days, and school visits.
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and prepare regular reports on performance and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in student recruitment/admissions within the UAE.
  • Strong network with local schools, educational agencies, and organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE education market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
