Job summary

Confidential is seeking a student recruitment professional to implement and manage recruitment activities, outreach events, and related campaigns for our Academy. You will engage target student segments, coordinate with departments, and maintain prospective student data to support enrollment goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to analyze recruitment trends and KPIs to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in student recruitment in the academic or education sector.
• Previous experience in student recruitment within reputable academic or educational institutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement all student recruitment activities in alignment with department policies and Academy procedures.
• Identify target student segments and develop recruitment plans to support the Academy’s vision.
• Execute recruitment plans through approved digital and non-digital channels tailored to each target segment.
• Organize events and outreach activities to introduce prospective students to the Academy.
• Prepare awareness and promotional materials to increase student interest in the Academy’s programs and services.
• Provide prospective students with information about the Academy and respond to inquiries.
• Onboard new students according to established frameworks and standards, ensuring a positive experience.
• Develop relationships with media outlets to attract prospective students and raise awareness.
• Collect and maintain prospective student information in the designated database.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment trends to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Measure effectiveness against KPIs and submit findings to the direct line manager.

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing all activities related to student recruitment and outreach initiatives to increase student enrollment in the Academy’s programs and services efficiently and effectively. This includes utilizing various digital and non-digital channels to support the Academy’s strategic vision, as well as implementing plans to create training opportunities for students and employment opportunities for graduates.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Operational / Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implement all student recruitment activities in alignment with the policies and procedures established by the department and the Academy.
• Identify target student segments and develop student recruitment plans to support the Academy’s strategic vision.
• Execute student recruitment plans through approved digital and non-digital channels tailored to each target student segment.
• Organize events and outreach activities to introduce prospective students to the Academy.
• Prepare awareness and promotional materials to increase student interest in the Academy’s programs and services, in coordination with relevant departments.
• Provide prospective students with information about the Academy and its programs and respond to their inquiries.
• Implement the onboarding process for new students in accordance with established frameworks and standards, ensuring a positive student experience aligned with the Academy’s brand identity.
• Develop effective relationships with media outlets to attract prospective students and increase awareness of the Academy’s services.
• Collect and maintain prospective student information in the designated database.
• Monitor and analyze student recruitment trends to ensure the quality and efficiency of student recruitment and placement activities.
• Measure the effectiveness of student recruitment activities against approved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data and prepare reports on the efficiency and effectiveness of student recruitment activities and enrollment rates, submitting findings to the direct line manager.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct line manager within the scope of the role.

3. Required Qualifications and Experience
