Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in property management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of student housing facilities, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the smooth operation of the facilities.
• Ensure all units are properly maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Oversee the leasing process, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease agreements.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Monitor rent payments and enforce late fees when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all resident information and financial transactions.
• Create a welcoming community atmosphere for our students.
