Job summary

Want More is seeking a Manager for International Workforce in El-Ain to lead recruitment, onboarding and performance management for a diverse, multi-national team. You will ensure compliance with local employment laws and foster an inclusive culture while coordinating with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

The role offers a part-time schedule with accommodation, and a competitive monthly salary of $1,200.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to adapt to different cultures and work styles.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of employment laws in El-Ain is preferred.
