We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Inspector to join our site team in this critical role. You will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through comprehensive on-site inspections and evaluations. Towers experience is a requirement.

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections of structural elements in building projects throughout Dubai
• Verify compliance with local building codes regulations and approved plans specific to Dubai and the UAE
• Identify structural defects, safety hazards, and non-compliant work with a keen analytical eye
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records using efficient data management systems
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
• Provide well-reasoned recommendations for corrective actions when necessary
• Stay updated on local building codes, international standards, and industry best practices
• Participate in project meetings and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders
• Organize and prioritize multiple inspection tasks to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and structural integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural inspection or a related field, of which at least 3 years with a consultant
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations, particularly those specific to Dubai and the UAE
• Proficiency in structural inspection techniques and methodologies
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills for efficient report writing and data management
• Comprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations in Dubai
