Job summary

The Luxe Developers in Dubai seeks an experienced Structural Engineer to lead and oversee the structural design and execution of complex construction projects. The role requires leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Must have a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit. Strong focus on safety, budgets, and sustainable, code-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s in Structural Engineering is strongly preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in structural design and construction with leadership in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced construction materials, seismic design principles, and green building practices (LEED, GRIHA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
