Job summary

M1 CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai. You will assist in design calculations, prepare drawings, review plans, and support site supervision to ensure safe, compliant construction projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural degree with at least 3 years of UAE experience, proficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and able to collaborate with architects and project managers on delivery of complex structures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in structural engineering roles, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, or equivalent.
Strong skills in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in structural design calculations and prepare design drawings for various projects.
Review and interpret engineering documents, plans, and specifications.
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure integrated project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Support preparation of technical reports and project documentation.
Assist in resolving any technical issues related to structural engineering during construction.
