Job summary

Alaan is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. You’ll navigate ambiguous problems, design scalable processes, and partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Growth to push initiatives from concept to execution.

You’ll build data-informed plans, dashboards, and operating rhythms that strengthen the Operations function, enabling faster decision-making and stronger outcomes across the Middle East fintech platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross-functional projects impacting growth and operations.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans with owners, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Growth to drive company-wide initiatives.
• Conduct analysis to bring data and clarity to complex business problems.
• Be a go-to generalist who can quickly learn and resolve unfamiliar areas.
• Build systems, dashboards, SOPs, and operating rhythms for the Operations org.
