We are seeking a top-notch Strategy & Investment Manager who will be responsible for driving the investment strategy and financial performance of our hospitality business. You will lead the development and execution of investment plans, evaluate potential projects, and provide strategic guidance to optimize profitability and growth. Your role will be pivotal in identifying market trends, assessing investment opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance our competitive position in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and financial goals.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including ROI calculations, risk assessment, and scenario modeling, to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Lead due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investment projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and business cases for executive review and approval.
• Monitor and track performance metrics of existing investments and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate

MBA or CFA preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience 6 years in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or management consulting, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in valuation techniques, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and transaction comps.
