AI71 is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our TPM team. You will coordinate delivery across product, engineering, and leadership, driving complex cross-functional programs tied to the ASK agentic platform.

You will influence priorities, manage dependencies, and help shape the TPM function as the team grows. Prior experience in engineering-enabled roles is valued; you will contribute to hiring and branding for the TPM and Engineering functions, while maintaining a culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or adjacent roles coordinating technical delivery.
• Experience working with engineering, product, and leadership to align priorities.
• Ability to read code and challenge technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Execute cross-team programs end-to-end, deliver projects on time and with quality.
• Own and drive complex cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, and leadership.
• Cultivate the TPM function by improving rituals, ways of working, and hiring/branding efforts.
