A leading engineering management firm in Sharjah seeks a skilled Buyer – Subcontract Procurement with 3–5 years of experience in oil and gas projects. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, float RFQs, and coordinate with engineering teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree and strong negotiation skills. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in subcontract procurement (construction/marine/oil & gas).
• Strong ERP (preferably Oracle Fusion) and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of project workflows and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Source and prequalify subcontractors based on scope and compliance.
• Float RFQs, analyze bids, and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Draft and issue subcontract POs and agreements.
• Coordinate with project, site, and engineering teams on subcontracting needs.
• Track costs, documentation, and vendor performance for reporting and audits.
