Job summary

Red Dunes Digital Marketing LLC is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for multiple clients in the UAE market.

You will create engaging content, monitor performance, and present results to clients. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several accounts simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Certifications in social media marketing or analytics advantageous.
• Experience with tech or e-commerce brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Create and curate engaging content for different platforms with a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies.
• Manage client relationships: understand goals, communicate updates, ensure alignment with brand vision.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss performance and upcoming initiatives.
• Coordinate content creation including copy, visuals, reels, stories, and materials.
• Manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee multiple client accounts, maintaining organization and quality standards.
• Address client concerns professionally, building trust and long-term partnerships.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, foster community around brand.
