A leading HR solutions firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced professional in IT Service Management. The candidate will guide clients through ITIL 4 processes, document business requirements, and facilitate effective testing. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT, ITIL 4 certification, and proven experience with ServiceNow. Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills are essential. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certified.
  • ServiceNow CSA Required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC, FSM, CSM, ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITBM, HRSD (any 3 certifications required).
  • Prior experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and HP Service Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on IT Service Management processes.
  • Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications or Requirement Traceability Matrices.
  • Train stakeholders on new processes and coordinate test efforts.
  • Document user stories and manage them throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Assist in continuous process improvement practices.
