You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, maintain ERP data accuracy, and follow established procurement procedures while tracking orders and resolving issues. This role emphasizes collaboration with warehouse, production, and finance, with a focus on compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience processing approved purchase requisitions and issuing purchase orders.
• Ability to verify specifications, quantities and delivery requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP data management and procurement compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process approved purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Verify specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements before order confirmation.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order acceptance and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Escalate any supplier delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Monitor PO status and update ERP records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, procurement, and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data and prepare basic reports for management.
