• Proven ability to translate data into compelling insights.
• Experience with performance frameworks (OKRs/KPIs).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of communications, public policy or ESG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks to measure impact of communications public affairs and sustainability initiatives.
• Define KPIs aligned with business objectives and regularly report on team performance.
• Support the creation of robust business cases for initiatives with regulators and stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights through dashboards, presentations and reports.
• Work cross-functionally to link function outcomes to company goals and advise senior management.
