Job summary

Mashreq in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager to drive strategic execution for the IBG Group, partnering with the Group Head and senior leadership to pivot toward a product-centric vision across Global Transaction Banking, Treasury & Global Markets, and Global Corporate Banking.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, governance, financial oversight, and strategic communications, while strengthening international market brand equity and developing talent to deliver on the bank's ambitious growth

Qualifications

• Experience crafting and executing strategic plans across multiple business lines.
• Ability to lead and influence teams across regions without direct authority.
• Strong governance, risk and regulatory awareness in banking.

Responsibilities

• Set organizational strategic objectives for IBG and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Manage delivery of MIS, strategy papers, and insight analyses for leadership.
• Drive product-centric initiatives and digitization across business lines.
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee client experience programs and international brand equity efforts.
• Develop talent and coach a diverse team across regions.
