Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking Group in United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Manager to drive strategic execution for the IBG group head and senior leadership. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Global Transaction Banking, Treasury, Global Markets, and Corporate Banking, and advance a product-centric vision.

You will manage governance, performance measurement, and your team of business managers, coaching talent and delivering a challenging agenda across regions.

Qualifications

• Banking and Financial Services: strong understanding of global banking operations, products, risk and regulation.
• International Markets: FX, capital markets, geopolitical factors affecting banking.
• Corporate Strategy: experience in crafting and executing strategic plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: familiarity with Basel III, AML laws, and country rules.
• Operational Excellence: cost management and process optimization in complex settings.
• Business Management and Execution: lead strategy formulation and execution across lines.
• Leadership: manage and influence teams across departments and regions.
• Communication: clear verbal and written communication to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with senior leadership and country teams to align governance objectives.
• Design and execute core business management vision for key Business Lines.
• Measure performance, generate ideas, promote cross-sell and improve bottom lines.
• Oversee productivity and portfolio optimization across Business Lines.
• Ensure budget planning and financial oversight for the business with finance teams.
• Revamp financial reporting with finance partners.
• Develop insights and recommendations for risk assessment across lines.
• Deliver client experience governance across regions and branches.
• Drive expansion strategy through coordination with stakeholders and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional projects with international governance alignment.
