Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Program Manager to develop, coordinate, and oversee strategic programs in education, culture, and community engagement. The role ensures plans are well-executed, aligned with objectives, and delivered with measurable impact.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in program management, a background in literature is preferred, and demonstrated experience with budgets, schedules, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and program design.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic plan for programs.
• Identify program goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning with clear resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, vendors, and facilitators.
• Manage schedules, logistics, and operational workflows.
• Build partnerships with educational and cultural organizations.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to integrate planning and execution.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage program budgets and compliance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Produce regular reports and presentations for leadership.
