• 5 years related experience including at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage key vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, State, and local laws affecting purchasing and supply chain management.
• Good practical, operational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities
