Job summary

JD.com, headquartered in Beijing, invites a Procurement Specialist to drive strategic sourcing for development projects across the Middle East, Europe and Asia from our Dubai hub. You will lead vendor development, tendering, and execution to meet cost targets while ensuring quality and compliance.

The role requires strong local market knowledge, an 5+ years track record in logistics procurement, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience in industrial or logistics projects.
• Strong understanding of local procurement market and regulations.
• Proven track record in full-cycle procurement for logistic/industrial sectors.
• Excellent English, with Arabic/German language skills an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies for development projects in the ME/Europe/Asia region, aligned with cost targets and quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate long-term agreements, optimize terms and resolve issues.
• Lead tendering, bidding, and procurement execution across multiple projects, ensuring transparency and compliance.
