Job summary

Client of AIQU in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Strategic Planning & Execution Consultant to partner with senior leadership, define critical initiatives, and drive end-to-end delivery of programs that align with corporate objectives.

You will leverage Jira, Microsoft Planner, and other PM tools, guide cross-functional teams, measure with KPIs, and communicate risk and progress to executives. 7–12 years of consulting or industry experience preferred; Arabic/English bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA; PMP/Prince2/Agile cert an advantage.
• Experience working in UAE or GCC region preferred.
• Familiarity with project-management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with C-level and senior stakeholders to articulate business vision, goals and strategic priorities.
• Develop comprehensive strategic plans, roadmaps and execution frameworks.
• Configure, customize and administer Jira and Microsoft Planner for project tracking and governance.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive status reports, risk mitigation plans and stakeholder communications.

About the Role

Preferred Qualifications
