Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Performance Management professional to consolidate data, analyze corporate and divisional performance, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

You will prepare background documents for PMC, BAC and Board meetings, coordinate data for shareholder reports, and support the MIS enhancements to enable timely decision making and governance within a large industrial organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
• 6+ years in Performance Management in a large industrial organisation, preferably oil and gas.
• Professional certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and verify operational data for shareholder performance reports.
• Prepare reports on gap analysis and highlight performance issues.
• Assist in KPI target setting and review targets based on priorities.
• Prepare background documents for PMC, BAC and Board meetings.
• Coordinate data and prepare PMC presentations for shareholders and senior management.
• Support corporate performance audits in line with governance directives.
• Contribute to MIS enhancements for timely decision making.
