Job summary

Borouge PTE is seeking a Business Development Director focused on Strategic Partnerships to lead learning and development initiatives across functions. This role partners with leadership and regional stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor training and succession plans that align with business goals.

The position involves shaping competency frameworks, overseeing LMS enhancements, and driving external university collaborations and internship programs to build leadership depth and talent

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into development interventions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven track record in leading organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs at individual and organizational levels and translate into learning interventions.
• Review Training Needs Analysis with a view to establishing development solutions.
• Manage training plans, budgets, roadmaps and programs for continuous improvement.
• Lead enhancements to Learning Management System (LMS) to support a learning organization.
• Consolidate and enhance competency framework and implement assurance processes.
• Provide guidance during competency assessments to ensure objective evaluation.
• Support in establishing an in-house academy where applicable.
• Assess organizational effectiveness and support culture and productivity improvements.
• Drive university collaborations and internship programs for leadership and talent development.
• Support leadership development programs and mentor pools to strengthen leadership depth.
• Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning to identify high potentials.
