The Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships Manager acts as the regional anchor for partnerships and sponsorships, shaping local strategy and ensuring local activation. This person develops and negotiates sponsorships and partnerships to strengthen local brand positioning, support growth strategies and community engagement. Supporting marketing strategies and initiatives locally to deliver impactful partnerships and sponsorships with key stakeholders and drive value for WSP. They will co-create and adapt global partnership and sponsorship strategies for local relevance and impact while ensuring regional initiatives align with global brand, sector, and growth priorities.

Qualifications

• 8 + years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in complex project management and event management.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and functions.
• Excellent negotiation, organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Results-driven, highly autonomous, and able to work in a global, agile environment.
• Based/ located in the Middle East (KSA or UAE).
