Job summary

A leading airline based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a candidate to support the development and management of strategic partnerships in the hospitality and travel sectors. The role involves onboarding partners, negotiating agreements, and enhancing engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates should hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have at least 4 years of experience in loyalty programs, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a loyalty program or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and onboarding new hotel and car rental partners.
• Support negotiations and execution of partnership agreements.
• Maintain and manage relationships with existing partners.
• Coordinate joint marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with partnership objectives.
