Role Overview

We are seeking a results-focused Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager (MENA) to build and strengthen Zen Medias partner ecosystem across the Middle East. This individual will identify engage and secure high-value partnerships with digital agencies technology providers B2B solution companies consultants and enterprise networks that can generate qualified opportunities and mutual growth.

This is a highly network-driven role ideal for someone who excels in relationship building communicates charismatically and professionally and understands how to implement partnership strategies that lead to measurable revenue impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute partnership and business development strategies across the MENA region in alignment with company growth goals.
  • Build a strong pipeline of partnerships with agencies SaaS companies enterprise solution providers technology platforms and professional networks.
  • Proactively conduct networking outreach and relationship-building through events associations digital channels and industry communities.
  • Represent Zen Media in the market as a knowledgeable credible and relationship-first growth partner.
  • Lead the full partnership lifecycle prospecting pitch negotiation onboarding activation and ongoing collaboration.
  • Maintain timely and structured follow-up schedules to maximize alliance engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with marketing sales and executive leadership to develop joint strategies for co-marketing lead sharing and shared revenue models.
  • Track performance metrics including partnership pipeline growth conversions revenue contribution and engagement results.
  • Keep an active pulse on the MENA market competitive landscape and opportunities for expansion.
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to internal leadership for strategic decision-making.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development alliance management channel sales or partnership growth roles.
  • Strong network-building abilities and proven experience developing strategic relationships in the MENA region.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills written verbal presentation and negotiation.
  • Confident and professional presence in events meetings networking settings and digital interactions.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to independently manage pipelines timelines and objectives.
  • Experience in B2B digital marketing SaaS eCommerce or related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work autonomously proactively and remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
