Job summary

Apparel Group - UAE is seeking a Merchandising Assistant/Brand Planner to support product assortment strategies and allocation across stores in the UAE region.

You will coordinate with stores, logistics, and buyers to optimize product ranges, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for the Brand Manager. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with the Merchandise Planning team.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising planning and reporting.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory data.
• Strong coordination with stores, logistics and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare merchandising and sales reports, including sell-thru analysis.
• Liaise with stores, logistics and warehouses to ensure product supply.
• Analyze best/worst sellers and price points to optimize mix.
• Review previous season performance and current lines for planning.
• Coordinate with buying team on issues and range planning.
• Prepare product range presentations and reviews for buyers/brand manager.
• Report competitive offerings and opportunities to Brand team.
• Ensure timely preparation of reports and records.
