Job summary

KEOLIS is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Dubai, UAE to support effective maintenance delivery through structured planning and scheduling of work orders using MMS data. You will collaborate with Maintenance Leads and Engineering to ensure executable plans and optimal resource use.

Responsibilities include extracting MMS work orders, preparing schedules, balancing workloads, and developing Excel-based tools and dashboards during the initial implementation phase. Fluent in English required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with metro/tram systems knowledge.
• 2+ years in engineering works management, maintenance, planning & scheduling.
• Experience with MMS workorder management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyse planned and forecast maintenance work orders from MMS.
• Prepare maintenance schedules based on job plans, priority, and due dates.
• Coordinate schedules with Maintenance Leads to ensure readiness.
• Balance workload across resources using work order banks and staffing.
• Develop Excel-based planning tools and dashboards.
