• Conduct thorough legal research to support internal investigations and inform strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and develop proactive solutions tailored to the business needs.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
