The LAS practice collaborates with the broader firm across industries and geographies, occasionally involving global travel.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership consulting, advisory or professional services experience.
• Five or more years in HR management with talent development focus.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute client engagements across assessment and development projects.
• Participate in business development and pitch preparation.
• Prepare client deliverables and executive feedback reports.
• Develop engagement plans, timelines and next steps.
• Communicate progress to clients and engagement teams.
• Contribute to practice-building initiatives and intellectual capital.
