Job summary

Etisalat UAE is seeking a Project Manager for IP/DWDM/ICT networks in Abu Dhabi. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex network infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, quality standards, and security requirements.

The role requires 8–15 years of telecom/ICT project management experience, hands-on delivery of IP/MPLS, DWDM/OTN, and ICT projects, and strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills. On-site work in Abu Dhabi with global best practices awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 8–15 years of telecom/ICT project management experience.
• Proven delivery of IP/MPLS, DWDM/OTN, Fiber Transport, ICT projects.
• Experience with project planning tools and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IP core, transport and ICT network projects.
• Coordinate design, installation, testing, and handover with vendors and teams.
• Manage budgets, risks, and schedules; ensure regulatory and security compliance.
• Conduct progress reviews and report to senior management; drive quality and lessons learned.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and successful project delivery across parties.
