Job summary

Mastercard in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Manager to define pricing and interchange economics across Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will analyze initiatives, build financial models, and prepare management materials to influence pricing decisions and strengthen P&L resilience.

You will collaborate with country managers, product and finance teams, and external partners to shape levers, assess competitiveness, and communicate plans across the ecosystem.

• Identifies and runs analysis to assess impact and attractiveness of interchange and pricing initiatives at country and product level.
• Assesses competitive position at product, customer and country level.
• Identifies best practices in interchange and pricing.
• Prepares presentations for management.
• Manages the interchange and pricing initiatives cycle to ensure correct communication and implementation.
