Job summary

Michael Page is actively seeking an Associate Director HRBP in Dubai to provide strategic HR leadership and align people initiatives with business goals across functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and delivering strategic HR initiatives within complex organizations.
• Strong expertise in organizational development, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR technologies.
